A science-based, empowering workshop to help women understand their bodies, energy, and wellbeing during midlife transitions.
Menopause and perimenopause are major physiological transitions — yet many women enter this stage with confusion, stigma, or incomplete information. This workshop creates a safe, supportive environment where women can learn how hormonal changes affect mood, energy, weight, sleep, cognition, and performance.
We focus on practical, sustainable strategies to support wellbeing during this phase, both personally and professionally.
This is a female-only workshop designed to support women through one of the most important — and often misunderstood — phases of their lives.
