Structured, guided support for women who want consistency, clarity, and momentum — without the intensity of 1:1 coaching.

RECLAIM Group Coaching is designed for women who want more than on-demand content, but don’t need (or want) full private coaching.
 

Each cohort is time-bound, focused, and intentionally small — offering expert guidance, accountability, and shared momentum in a calm, supportive environment.

Is Group Coaching Right for You?

This is for you if you:

  • Want structure and guidance, not just information

  • Do better with shared momentum and accountability

  • Are navigating a full life and want realistic support

  • Value evidence-based guidance over motivation

This may not be the right fit if you:

  • Want a quick fix or transformation promise

  • Prefer fully personalised 1:1 support

  • Are looking for daily check-ins or high-pressure accountability

Group coaching sits between RECLAIM Studio and Private Coaching — both in depth and support.

How RECLAIM Group Coaching Works

Each cohort runs over a defined time period (typically 4–8 weeks) with a clear focus and outcome.

Every cohort includes:

  • A specific theme or goal (e.g. rebuilding consistency, sustainable fat loss, strength foundations)

  • Weekly or bi-weekly live group sessions

  • Practical guidance you can apply immediately

  • Access to relevant RECLAIM Studio content

  • A small, supportive group of women in a similar season

This is guided progress, not open-ended support.

What’s Included in Group Coaching

Cohorts may focus on topics such as:
 

  • Rebuilding consistency after burnout

  • Sustainable fat loss without restriction

  • Strength training for midlife energy and recovery

  • Creating routines that survive busy weeks

  • Resetting habits after periods of stress or disruption
     

Each cohort is intentionally specific, so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.

How Group Coaching Compares

Compared to RECLAIM Studio:

  • More guidance and accountability

  • Defined start and end

  • Live support and shared momentum

Compared to Private Coaching:

  • Less individualisation

  • Lower time and financial commitment

  • Shared learning and perspective

Many women move between Studio, Group Coaching, and Private Coaching as their needs change.

Practical Details

  • Cohorts are limited in size to protect quality

  • Runs for a defined number of weeks

  • Live sessions are recorded

  • Participation is encouraged but flexible

  • No requirement to be “fit” or experienced
